Product introduction

There are many types of defects in the production process of the keyboard and the defect location is not fixed, resulting in a large number of visual inspection and a high missed inspection rate. This AOI (automatic optical inspection) the equipment is developed for the pain point of this demand, and can detect the appearance, size, typesetting and printing errors of the product. The equipment adopts the development architecture of optical + mechanical + AI software algorithm, and can detect the defects and non sensory scratches of the groove by imitating human eye inspection through deep neural network learning algorithm.
